Shipping Domestic

For fabric orders of 3m or under we will send the fabric folded and domestic shipping is free of charge, over 3m we will send rolled on a cardboard tube and this is £10. If the fabric is in stock the delivery should be 1-2 weeks, if out of stock when you place your order we will advise you of the lead-time via email. Cushions and lampshades are made to order and take 2-3 weeks. Feel free to contact before placing your order to get a delivery estimation.

Shipping International

For fabric orders of 3m or under we will send the fabric folded and international (US and EU) shipping is £10, over 3m we will send rolled on a cardboard tube and this is £20. If the fabric is in stock the delivery should be 2-3 weeks, if out of stock when you place your order we will advise you of the lead-time via email. Cushions and lampshades are made to order and take 3-4 weeks. Feel free to contact before placing your order to get a delivery estimation. For International shipping to outside of the US / EU please contact for an accurate delivery cost and lead time.

Returns

All Flock orders are bespoke- fabric is cut to your specifications, wallpaper, cushions and lampshades are made to order therefore we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Please notify us of any fault or damage to your delivery within 48 hours. Faulty fabric that has been cut can not be returned. We advise you request a sample of the fabric or wallpaper before you place your order to check colours, please get in touch at studio@flock.org.uk.
